自己反省の日
今日は公休なので心置きなく寝坊をしようっ！と昨夜宣言して寝についたものの、いつも起床する定時の7時に覚醒してしまい、二度寝の微睡み的快感に身を委ねようと思い至って目を閉じるも、妙に目が冴えてしまい、ってゆ～か、眠るという行為は意外にも体力を使うのであり、若かりし頃は二度寝だろうが三度寝だろうが四度寝だろうが平気の平左であったものが、寄る年波のせいなのか一向に眠ることが出来ず、ますます目が冴えまくるために取りあえずスッキリと起き上がり、取りあえず出掛けるかと朝飯も食わずに外に出て一服。

毎年恒例の・・・
健康診断に行ってきたがな。大体いつもこの時期なので、「あぁ、そんな季節になったんだねぇ～」と1年の経過の早さに慄きつつ、都内某所のクリニックに朝一で向かう今日このごろ。で、さすがに今日は寒かったのでダウンを着た。朝一にもかかわらず、先客が結構多かった。
