敬畏と憤怒
間もなくリオ・オリンピックが終了しますね。実はある時期からオイラはオリンピック中継を観なくなってしまった。TVという媒体にある時期から興味が失せた（失望と言ってもいい）のと、見かけによらずチキンなオイラはリアルタイムでスポーツを観戦することによるハラハラ・ドキドキ感に苛まれるのが苦手、且つ、結果的にはハマってしまい過度な寝不足に陥ることによって仕事に支障を来すといった理由からである・・・。故にニュース報道で結果を知るだけでこれまでは満足していたのである。が、今年のリオ・オリンピックに関しては心機一転、可能な限りリアルタイムで様々な競技を観戦し、一喜一憂する日々を過ごした。お陰でかなり寝不足になってしまったけれど、素晴らしい一時を過ごすことが出来たのは幸いであった。
